Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent across scientific, technical, and business disciplines.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Experience handling multiple searches simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The Sr Recruiter's responsibilities will be:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake meetings to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define search strategies, success profiles, interview plans, and timelines.
- Oversee multiple concurrent searches across various disciplines while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring quality.
- Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for scientific, engineering, and business roles based on clear search briefs.
- Identify and engage passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other sourcing platforms.
