We are seeking an experienced IV Formulation Scientist to join our team, contributing to the design and scaling of innovative IV therapies. This is a challenging role that requires expertise in formulating large-volume parenteral solutions in GMP environments.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and scale IV therapies using advanced automation and analytics, taking into account the unique properties of pH-sensitive electrolyte buffer systems.
Optimize large GMP batches for high-capacity robotic filling lines, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Develop terminal sterilization protocols compliant with USP standards, guaranteeing the highest level of purity and sterility.
Lead cross-functional teams in process validation efforts, driving continuous improvement and excellence in our processes.
