Proclinical is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join our client's team in Cambridge, MA.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on maintaining data security and compliance within the HRIS, ensuring timely processing of employee data changes, and supporting HR processes such as benefits enrollment and onboarding. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting system issues and conducting data audits for accuracy.

The HRIS Specialist's responsibilities will be:
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data security and confidentiality standards within the HRIS.
- Process requested employee data changes in the HRIS promptly.
- Troubleshoot system issues raised by employees and escalate to Manager if needed.
- Support HRIS-enabled processes such as benefits enrollments, compensation cycles, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Conduct audits of data both in the system and as part of processes like compliance reporting or payroll to ensure accuracy.
