Proclinical is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient and safe operation of a facility, ensuring it meets the needs of employees and business activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves managing maintenance contracts, vendor relationships, and operational systems while fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented work environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Background in facilities management or equivalent experience; a bachelor's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in operational systems software (e.g., BMS, CMMS).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Leadership abilities to guide and motivate team members.

The Facilities Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Oversee all services provided within the facility to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement best practices to manage and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate intra-office moves in collaboration with project teams.
• Evaluate and compare costs for services and goods to select optimal options.
• Manage building maintenance by contracting necessary services.
• Track and plan for both short-term and long-term facility improvements.
• Communicate with building management to ensure proper upkeep of surrounding grounds.
• Obtain quotes and agreements from vendors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with contract terms.
• Verify payments and invoices against contract pricing.
• Optimize the utilization of facility maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with the security team to maintain an active and responsive system.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent issues involving building systems (e.g., HVAC alarms, system failures).
• Manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Utilize operational systems software such as BMS or CMMS (e.g., Blue Mountain).

Compensation:

• $25 to $31 per hour.
