Customer Service Returns Associate – Permanent – New Jersey
Proclinical is seeking a Customer Service Returns Associate for a leading global generic pharmaceutical company based in New Jersey.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will perform daily Customer Service functions including processing Purchase Orders, providing tracking and PODs (Proof of Delivery) to direct customers, and processing OSDs (Overage, Shortage and Damages).
The position is based fully onsite in New Jersey.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of experience with customer service background.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Knowledge of FDA, cGMP and DEA regulations affecting the Pharmaceutical industry is plus.
The Customer Service Returns Associate will:
- Run investigation upon customers’ notice of a shortage, overage or damage.
- Work with Supply Chain and Trade Finance in regard to OSDs and respond promptly to both internal as well as external customers.
- Communicate precisely with internal as well as external customers via phone, email and letter promptly.
- Coordinate logistic activities with the parent company (Curascript/PHD) to meet customers’ expectation.
