ProcessBarron is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales organization and drive continued growth across our industrial equipment and service offerings. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who excels at developing high-performing teams, building strong customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering measurable business results.
As Sales Director, you will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape sales strategy, expand market presence, and help position ProcessBarron as the preferred partner in the industries we serve.
What You'll Do
Lead & Grow the Business
Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Establish sales goals, forecasts, and budgets while tracking performance against targets.
Identify opportunities for market expansion, strategic partnerships, and new business development.
Drive accountability through performance metrics, reporting, and business reviews.
Build Strong Customer Relationships
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, engineers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
Support complex sales opportunities and participate in executive-level customer meetings and negotiations.
Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Develop & Inspire Teams
Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Sales Managers and sales professionals.
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing talent.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Partner Across the Organization
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Estimating, and Customer Service teams to support successful project execution.
Oversee sales operations, forecasting, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and pipeline management.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
10 years of progressive sales experience within industrial equipment, manufacturing, engineered products, or related industries.
5 years of sales leadership and team management experience.
Proven record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives.
Strong understanding of industrial capital equipment and aftermarket services.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience supporting customers in power generation, steel, mining, cement, pulp and paper, wood products, or general manufacturing industries.
Travel Requirements
Approximately 30% travel, with flexibility to travel more as business needs require.
