This position is full-time, salary, exempt. Compensation typically follows industry median for Northeast Ohio/the Great Lakes region. You may be eligible for an annual bonus. This is a long-term, high accountability role.

The Material Handler position is part of the Warehouse Team. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):
- Pick materials for production jobs to ensure material availability.
- Create urgency on missing materials to prevent delays in production.
- Verify on hand inventory held at specific warehouse(s), report discrepancies to Warehouse Manager and/or Inventory Control Analyst.
- Record inventory transactions: Misc. Issue, Misc. Receiving, Quantity Adjustments and Moves in ERP System.
- Cycle count as assigned.
- Maintain Item stockroom locations in both physical warehouse location and in ERP System.
- Replenish transaction slips as needed.
- Stores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information such as part number, style, size, or type of material.
- Fills orders or issues supplies from stock.
- Prepares periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock.
- Moves or transports material or supplies to other departments.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Attend and participate in company required meetings and training, seminars or educational activities to stay up to date on the latest developments, trends, regulations in the marketplace.
- Adhere to and comply with all ISO and Company policies and safety regulations.
- Maintain clean, neat, safe, and orderly work area.
- Display excellent communication skills with all team members.
- Other essential duties as assigned.

- UKG
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Possess basic math, measurement, reading, computer, and comprehension skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to problem solve in a fast paced, quality focused environment
- Detail oriented with high levels of accuracy
- Forklift trained / comfortable
- 6:00AM – 2:30PM availability
