Job Title: Construction Laborer - Tank Lining Project (Food & Beverage Industry)Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Construction Laborer to assist with the preparation, installation, and maintenance of tank linings in a food and beverage processing facility. The ideal candidate will support skilled tradespeople in tasks related to surface preparation, material handling, and cleanup, ensuring compliance with industry hygiene and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of tanks for lining, including cleaning, degreasing, and abrasive blasting.Mix and apply lining materials (e.g., epoxy, rubber, or other coatings) under supervision.Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.Follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE and confined space entry protocols.Support quality control efforts by reporting defects or irregularities in materials or workmanship.Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor or foreman.Qualifications:Read and speak the English language Previous experience in construction or industrial labor preferred.Familiarity with coating or lining processes is a plus.Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.Work Environment:Industrial setting within a food and beverage facility.Exposure to chemicals, noise, and varying temperatures.Strict adherence to hygiene and contamination prevention standards.
