Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative supports sales activity across the organization by preparing estimates, processing orders, following up on quotes, and building lasting customer relationships. This role plays a key part in customer service and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare sales estimates based on specifications provided by Outside Sales team
· Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, and general inquiries
· Provide product knowledge and support on PVF materials
· Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams (warehouse, management, outside sales)
· Process and manage sales orders through CRM and internal systems
· Communicate lead times, inventory availability, and job status to customers and team
· Handle high volume of active jobs while maintaining accuracy and organization
· Support sales efforts across multiple locations, not limited to local clientele
Qualifications
· 5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Support
· Familiarity with pipe, valves, and fittings (PVF) strongly preferred
· General understanding of oil field products and services
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Personable, professional, and patient in handling customer demands
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
