Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Denver, CO area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company's product portfolio. Daily tasks include market research, client presentations, contract negotiations, and collaborating with technical teams to address customer needs. The role also involves developing strategic plans, tracking industry trends, and ensuring clients receive appropriate support for solutions offered.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal ability
- Technical knowledge or familiarity with industrial automation, IoT/IIoT, and manufacturing technologies
- Strategic planning, market analysis, and industry research expertise
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering professional client presentations and proposals
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
- Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in Oil & Gas or other relevant industries is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
