Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to support the delivery of manufacturing equipment and facility readiness activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This individual will drive project execution from equipment installation through qualification and operational readiness while leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of manufacturing equipment and associated facility/room readiness through IOQ.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and execution activities for assigned manufacturing systems and processes.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Automation, CQV, MSAT, Operations, and Quality.
- Drive project meetings, action items, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
- Provide regular project status updates and reporting to leadership.
- Partner closely with installation and construction teams to support equipment deployment and startup activities.
- Ensure alignment between technical, operational, and quality objectives throughout project execution.
- Support commissioning, qualification, operational readiness, and startup activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule commitments.
- Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with GMP and site requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field preferred.
- 2 years of experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting manufacturing equipment, capital projects, commissioning, qualification, startup, validation, or operational readiness activities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, engineering, quality, automation, or operations environments.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
