Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Engineer to join our team supporting engineering and design activities within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience working with process systems, P&IDs, and cross-functional project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, review, and redlining of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Support engineering documentation updates, including:
- Process flow diagrams (PFDs)
- Equipment and system documentation
- Partner with senior engineers to support process and facility design activities
- Participate in field walkdowns to verify system configurations and drawing accuracy
- Support change controls and documentation updates in a GMP-regulated environment
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Validation teams to ensure accurate and compliant system documentation
- Assist with project coordination and execution of small capital or facility improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or co-ops highly preferred)
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, P&IDs, and process systems
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
