What we are looking for
We are seeking an Analyst -Analytics to join our team. Data drives you, you enjoy working with complex datasets, and you are passionate about helping clients solve diverse real-world problems. In this role, you will contribute to driving business performance, navigating risk, and developing pragmatic strategies through data-driven insights. Your ability to turn data into actionable solutions will be key to your success and impact within the team.
What you will do
- Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to address challenges in the healthcare and pharma industries.
- Model complex data to solve critical business problems in collaboration with clients.
- Enable strategic decisions by designing and running impactful analyses using statistical models and business intelligence tools.
- Deliver advanced analytics solutions using tools such as Tableau, SAS, R, and Alteryx to improve patient outcomes and manage costs.
- Develop deep data understanding to identify insights and optimize healthcare processes.
- Create tailored solutions in partnership with clients to generate measurable and meaningful business outcomes.
Must Have
- Strong academic record with a solid understanding of analytical and quantitative concepts.
- Ability to understand business problems and support data analysis and reporting needs; exposure to tools or concepts such as Salesforce, segmentation, or go-to-market analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to quality and accuracy.
- Clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written) to present insights and collaborate with internal and client teams.
- Familiarity through coursework, projects, or internships with areas such as marketing analytics, incentive compensation, call planning, or modeling is an advantage
