Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Waynesville, MO

Seeking dedicated professionals to provide speech-language services in K-8 settings within military base schools. This opportunity is ideal for both Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) interested in a full-time contract role. Skills & Experience We Value:

• State licensure as an SLP or SLPA (or eligibility to obtain)
• Familiarity with school-based speech services for elementary and middle school-age students
• Experience developing and implementing therapy plans for K-8 students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Flexibility to provide in-person or virtual (VOCO/teletherapy) services, as needed
• Ability to adapt to military base culture and policies
• Previous experience in school or military-connected settings is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-8 students
• Conduct assessments, draft IEP speech goals, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain compliance with documentation, reporting, and confidentiality guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences as needed
• Travel may be required between buildings; open to virtual service delivery if requested
