Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - League City, TX

This contract opportunity is available immediately through May 21, 2027, filling a vital position for in-person support within a dynamic educational environment. You’ll have the chance to make a tangible difference working directly with a caseload of approximately 60 students, collaborating with staff and the Coordinator of Evaluations to address varied communication needs. Your expertise is essential as this position requires an SLP holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); supervision for clinical fellows is not available at this time.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology practice
• Prior experience working within a school setting, especially at the high school level
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple locations
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Reliability and adaptability to meet the demands of several campuses

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language intervention and therapy to high school students
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all local and federal educational regulations
• Travel to various school sites as needed to support student needs in person
• Consult and communicate with teaching staff, parents, and the Coordinator of Evaluations
