Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Valid Kansas Special Education Certification (KS SPED Cert)
- Experience or strong interest in supporting students with emotional disabilities and/or functional/life skills requirements
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans aligned with student needs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, compassionate approach to engaging diverse learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized instruction to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and families to support student success
