Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) in North Dakota
- Experience working with PreK-12 students, including a range of speech and language diagnoses
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Primary Duties:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, plans, and progress
- Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment for all students
- Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families
