Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Michigan is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience working with school-aged (K-12) populations desired
- Comfortable performing all duties onsite; remote/virtual arrangements are not available for this role
- Strong communication abilities, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech and language services to a varied caseload of K-12 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and maintain accurate records in accordance with district protocols
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to maximize student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student transitions and progress monitoring
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on speech and language development within the school community
