Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Washington state SLP license
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Demonstrated collaborative skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Dedication to fostering student engagement and progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments tailored to students’ individual needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to eligible students in group and individual settings
• Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to federal, state, and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to child study teams
• Facilitate a positive, supportive environment responsive to students and families
