Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland SLP License
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC preferred)
- Experience working in school settings with children
Responsibilities include:
- Providing speech-language evaluations and therapy services to elementary students
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with school district guidelines
- Addressing increased caseload demands efficiently while maintaining quality of care
