Key Qualifications:
- Possession of CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP credentials
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
- Familiarity with school-based speech and language therapy practices
- Ability to manage a caseload with a range of mild to moderate disorders
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
- Organizational talents to balance documentation, goal setting, and progress reporting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations as required
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student's unique needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance and training to teachers and caregivers to support student progress
- Maintain clear, timely records in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
