Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position offers an opportunity to work at a single site, supporting an elementary school caseload comprised primarily of students with mild to moderate needs. Key Qualifications:

• Possession of CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP credentials
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
• Familiarity with school-based speech and language therapy practices
• Ability to manage a caseload with a range of mild to moderate disorders
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
• Organizational talents to balance documentation, goal setting, and progress reporting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations as required
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student's unique needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide guidance and training to teachers and caregivers to support student progress
• Maintain clear, timely records in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
