Pay: Starting at $48/ hour
Hours: Full-time, 37.5–40 hours/week
Assignment: 2026–2027 School Year
About the Role
ProCare Therapy is partnering with school districts in Stamford, CT to hire a School Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment. This position offers a supportive suburban district with strong collaboration among special education teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services
- Conduct evaluations and develop IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration
- Track progress and maintain documentation compliance
- Support classroom-based interventions as needed
Caseload Details
- Setting: Elementary school focus
- Caseload size: 35–50 students
- Focus areas: articulation, receptive/expressive language
- Number of schools: 1 school
Qualifications
- Active Connecticut SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based experience preferred
