School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Circle Pines, Minnesota

Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and SLP Assistants (SLPAs) eager to make a meaningful impact in elementary education settings. This in-person, contract-based role involves providing essential speech therapy services and stepping in to cover short- and long-term leaves across three openings. Whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or have valuable skills as an SLPA, your expertise will help support students’ communication growth during transitions.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an SLP (CCC preferred), or SLPA
• Experience working with elementary-aged children is highly desired
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly and provide seamless coverage
• Commitment to in-person service delivery

Position Details:

• Three openings to cover leaves at the elementary level: • Immediate start through mid-November for the first role • Second role begins mid-September • Third role (.7 FTE) starts mid-November and continues through the end of the school year
• All positions require on-site presence
• SLPAs are welcome to apply for appropriate coverage opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to elementary school students
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, staff, and families to support each child's progress
• Flexibly adapt to varying classroom environments and caseloads
