This is a unique opportunity to work near Champaign, IL, where your expertise will help children succeed academically and socially. With eight openings—including both part-time and full-time options—schedules can be tailored to match your desired hours, and multiple caseloads are available. For those seeking a full-time schedule, we’re flexible in combining different assignments to secure 1 FTE.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Illinois
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of a variety of communication disorders and school-age intervention strategies
• Strong organizational, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable managing diverse caseloads and working with different age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Provide direct therapy services and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
