School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Joplin, MO
Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year | 40 Hours Per Week
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Joplin, Missouri for the full school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the communication skills they need to succeed academically and socially.
Position Details:
- Full School Year Assignment
- Full-Time: 40 Hours Per Week
- K-12 Caseload
- Approximately 50-60 Students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Missouri SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCCs preferred; strong CF candidates encouraged to apply (if applicable)
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
