ProCare is looking for a .4 FTE/ 2 days a week Speech Language Pathologist for a school contract near San Rafael, CA. This role provides support for a K–5 caseload throughout the academic year, carrying out all traditional SLP responsibilities to ensure comprehensive communication support for students.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience working in a school-based setting, including IEP development and progress monitoring, is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders in a K–5 school population
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Oversee and support the work of SLPA as assigned

Compensation for this position falls within an average range from $47.53 to $74.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
