This full-time contract role begins as soon as possible and runs through May 29, 2026. The position involves supporting various student caseloads across age groups, collaborating with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and onsite facilitators to deliver effective speech and language intervention services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Virginia
• Experience working with school-age children preferred; 0-10 years considered
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams
