Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Current SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required, or in progress for new graduates.
- Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred (3 years valued).
- Ability to supervise SLPAs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable to serve multilingual students and families.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills suitable for supporting students across elementary to high school levels.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in individual and group settings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, document findings, and assist in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress.
- Provide mentorship and supervision for SLPAs and CFYs when applicable.
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Participate actively in meetings, in-services, and professional development opportunities.
