Start making a difference beginning May 18, 2026, with a schedule of 37.5 hours across five days per week. Manage a caseload of 18-22 students, adjusting your interventions according to individual needs and frequency of service. Safety care training—conducted on-site—ensures that you and your colleagues can maintain a secure and supportive environment for all learners.
What you'll bring:
- Current and active Rhode Island Speech License
- Demonstrated experience or clinical fellowship eligibility (CCC, CFY, or SLPA)
- Previous practice within school settings is a plus, especially with autism spectrum disorder
- Commitment to attending on-site safety care training
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
Your key contributions will include:
- Delivering direct and consultative speech/language services to students
- Developing IEP goals and maintaining thorough records
- Collaborating with education teams, families, and service providers to foster student progress
- Engaging in ongoing ESY programming with a view toward long-term placement
