This full-time role begins on August 25, 2026, and runs through June 8, 2027, engaging you Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours each week.

Qualifications:
- Valid Delaware School Psychologist license (required for consideration)
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Previous experience in K-12 school settings is highly preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and support students facing learning, behavioral, or emotional challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological evaluations, reports, and recommendations to support students’ educational needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on individualized student plans (IEPs, 504s)
- Serve as a resource for teachers and staff regarding behavioral interventions and student support strategies
- Participate in parent meetings and communicate assessment findings with sensitivity and clarity
- Contribute to positive, safe, and inclusive learning environments at both elementary and middle school sites
