Based near Brunswick and Maple Heights, OH, this role spans from August 6, 2026, to May 28, 2027, with a Monday through Friday schedule and 40 hours per week as an itinerant professional. Key Qualifications:
- Current or pending School Psychologist license in the state of Ohio
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Previous experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, Response to Intervention, and special education eligibility processes
- Excellent communication, consultative, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple schools as an itinerant staff member
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school climate
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide diagnostic services for students across K-12 settings
- Develop and assist with implementation of interventions, supports, and behavior management plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret evaluation data and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed
- Document findings and maintain records in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Travel between assigned sites within the district as an itinerant provider
