Desired Experience and Skills:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist, eligible to practice in the state
• Previous experience delivering therapy in a school or pediatric setting preferred

• Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Adaptable, creative, and committed to inclusive practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and strengths

• Deliver therapy sessions directly to students individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to maximize student participation
• Monitor progress, document results, and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Provide ongoing training and resources to school personnel and families
