Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience delivering OT services within a school setting is highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Skillful in conducting assessments, developing therapeutic interventions, and documenting progress
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 30 students, providing direct and consultative OT services
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, and self-care needs to enhance participation and performance in the classroom
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom activities
- Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs with creativity and compassion
