Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania educator certification in Special Education or related field
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based instructional strategies for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Previous experience within autism support or special education settings
• Demonstrated history of effective work in urban educational environments
• Full PA clearances required
• Reliable transportation is necessary
• School-based experience required
• Availability between 7:15 AM and 4 PM (schedule is non-negotiable)
• Comfortable adapting to district-specific practices and environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Train newly hired and returning staff on instructional best practices, customized behavior plans, and updated procedures
• Model evidence-based practices directly with students in classrooms
• Facilitate ongoing coaching, support, and leadership for classroom teams
• Collaborate with educational consultants to support alignment with the PAI Tiered Implementation Inventory
• Conduct live, in-class coaching to reinforce and monitor high-leverage teaching practices
• Guide all staff in reviewing IEPs, BIPs, and associated documentation
• Support all Year 1 implementation tasks including scheduling and assessments
• Ensure consistent, accessible support to staff and administrators during the start of the academic year
• Facilitate skill transfer from anchor classrooms to autistic support programs districtwide
