School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Paris, Tennessee

Step into a dynamic school-based environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students’ communication and educational success across all grade levels. This contract opportunity runs from January 5th, 2027 through February 26th, 2027, offering full-time hours Monday through Friday, 8AM–3PM. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to implement individualized treatment plans for students from PreK through 12th grade, making a meaningful difference in their daily learning experience.

Qualifications:

• Current Tennessee SLP License required
• Certification as SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY
• Experience working in school settings with PreK-12th grade students preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to designated caseload of PreK-12 students
• Conduct assessments and interpret diagnostic results to determine intervention needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state standards
• Consult with educators and families to integrate communication goals into classroom activities
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to promote continual improvement
