A school-based occupational therapy position is available in Quincy, MA, supporting students from 4th through 8th grade. This contract role offers the opportunity to work a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, beginning as soon as possible through August. The caseload includes approximately 30 students, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on their educational and developmental progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of school-aged children.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Track and document student progress in accordance with regulations and best practices.
- Adapt therapeutic activities to accommodate diverse learning environments and student needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License.
- Experience in school-based OT preferred.
