Required Qualifications and Experience
- Valid Washington state SLP license
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate
- Fingerprinting clearance through OSPI
- SLP-CCC credential, with experience in schools strongly preferred
- Commitment to serving diverse student populations in K-12 settings
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Maintain thorough records, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture by offering expertise and guidance to staff
