Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1 years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support K-12 students within a school setting in Cambridge, MA. This role offers a chance to apply expertise in school-based OT services from July 6th through August 6th, with hours and days per week to be determined based on program needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts OT or COTA license required
• Experience working in educational or healthcare environments preferred
• Strong understanding of OT principles applicable to school-aged children
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy interventions to students in grades K-12
• Implement individualized treatment plans that support students educational goals
• Assess student progress and document outcomes in compliance with school policies
• Communicate effectively with educators, administrators, and caregivers
• Adapt therapeutic activities to meet diverse student needs
