Pre-School Pre K Speech Language Pathologist in Clifton Park, NY

You’ll work regular, consistent hours Monday through Friday, collaborating with faculty and families to help preschoolers develop strong communication skills.

Qualifications and Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with Pre-K and preschool-age children in school settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Collaborative approach to working with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of preschool students’ speech and language development
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with teachers and staff
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group formats
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely records
• Participate in IEP meetings, consult with team members, and support school initiatives around language development
• Offer guidance and resources to parents and caregivers to reinforce learning at home
