Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Clinical Fellowship or CCC-SLP credentialing welcomed
- Pediatrics, early childhood, or previous school-based SLP experience highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and evidence-based therapy practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for students K–12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing articulation, language, fluency, and related disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services according to each student’s needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and adjust interventions as needed
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and communicative classroom environment
