Pediatric Early Childhood Education (ECE) School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Olathe, Kansas

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting located in Olathe, KS. This contract position for the 20262027 school year offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload, tailored to your experience and areas of interest, ranging from moderate to profound speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, assessment, and treatment services for pediatric students with speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educators and families to implement effective therapy strategies
• Serve students across early childhood, elementary, and pediatric populations, adapting approaches to meet varying communication challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, preferably within school settings
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to address a range of caseload complexities from moderate to profound needs
