What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Current ASHA CCC or eligibility for CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Valid and active state licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt within a school environment
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy services to a diverse student population
- Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other therapeutic professionals to support student success
- Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
- Educating and providing guidance to teachers and parents for carry-over strategies
- Managing a caseload and tracking student progress toward established goals
