Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Annapolis, MD

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• Current ASHA CCC or eligibility for CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
• Valid and active state licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt within a school environment

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy services to a diverse student population
• Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and other therapeutic professionals to support student success
• Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
• Educating and providing guidance to teachers and parents for carry-over strategies
• Managing a caseload and tracking student progress toward established goals
