A school-based program in Crawfordville, GA is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students in a self-contained classroom for the 2026–2027 school year.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with students who require additional academic, behavioral, and personal support in a structured environment. Paraprofessionals work closely with teachers to provide hands-on assistance and help students succeed both academically and socially .

Key Responsibilities:
Support classroom teacher with daily instruction and activities
Assist students with academic tasks and behavioral support
Provide one-on-one or small group assistance as needed
Help maintain a structured and positive classroom environment
Support student independence and engagement
Assist with classroom management and daily routines
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred)
Experience working with children or students with special needs preferred
Ability to follow direction and support classroom instruction
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a self-contained or special education classroom
Experience supporting students with behavioral or learning needs
