What We’re Looking For:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience or strong interest in the school-based OT setting (K-12 preferred)
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple sites
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Effective communicator and adaptable collaborator
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop student-centered interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative treatment planning
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in both general and special education settings
- Offer training and support to educational staff and families to reinforce strategies
- Maintain clear, compliant records and progress reports
- Travel between district locations as needed
