Occupational Therapist School Setting in Mill Valley, CA

Seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to support students within a reputable school district located near Mill Valley, CA. This rewarding contract opportunity offers a part-time schedule (one day per week) throughout the 2026-2027 academic year, providing essential therapy services to help children thrive in their educational environment.

What You Bring:

• Current and valid OT license (required)
• Previous experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist, preferably working with pediatric populations
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working alongside teachers, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering independence and participation for students within the school setting

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs and strategies
• Collaborate with educators and other school professionals on IEPs, progress, and adaptive strategies
• Document interventions, progress notes, and maintain compliance with school policies and state guidelines
• Provide consultation and support for teachers and parents to promote generalization of skills across settings
