Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of K-12 student needs
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

• Reliable and organized, ready to manage a dynamic caseload

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver therapeutic activities designed to improve students’ academic and physical participation in school
• Regularly document progress and modify approaches as needed
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on professional evaluations
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school requirements
