Occupational Therapist (School Based)

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – 2026–2027 School Year
Pay Rate: $42-$57/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Days: Monday–Friday
Start Date: August 31, 2026
End Date: June 17, 2027

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support the School District in Poulsbo, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, in-person contract role focuses on helping students develop the skills necessary for academic success and daily functioning within the school environment. 

Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services in alignment with student IEP goals
• Manage a caseload of approximately 34 students
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration

Qualifications:
• Active Washington State Occupational Therapist (OT) License required
• Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification required
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
