Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) / Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Pay Rate: OT- $44-$56 (Based on experience) , COTA- $35-43 (Based on experience) 

Schedule: Part-Time (15–20 Hours per Week)

School Year: 2026–2027

Caseload: K–8

Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive school team with the school district for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time position will serve students in grades K–8, providing occupational therapy services that support academic access, functional independence, and overall student success.

This is an excellent opportunity for a therapy professional who enjoys working with a school-based caseload and collaborating with educators and families in a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring (as applicable by role)
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under OT supervision (COTA) or independently (OT)
Support students with fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional skills
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Support students across K–8 grade levels

Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist license (required for OT applicants)
Active COTA certification (required for COTA applicants)
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student independence and educational success
