Position details:
Location: Vacaville, CA
Assignment Type: Contract (W2)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12pm-3pm (15 hours per week)
Duration: Immediate start with an end date of June 4, 2026
Student needs: 1:1 care for a Pre-K student with a tracheostomy
Preferred experience: Trach and ventilator care expertise
Key responsibilities:
Deliver skilled nursing care tailored to the student's medical needs
Monitor and manage tracheostomy and ventilator equipment
Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to support the students well-being and educational progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with applicable regulations
Qualifications:
Current LVN/LPN license in the state of California
Prior experience with trach and ventilator care strongly preferred
Ability to work effectively in a pediatric school setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing compassionate and attentive care
