Position Details
Full-time position (35 hours per week)
Client is open to part-time candidates
School year dates: August 11, 2026 – May 27, 2027
Onsite position
Caseload and school assignment discussed during the interview
Supportive district and multidisciplinary therapy team
Collaborative and welcoming work environment
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Develop individualized treatment plans to support communication and academic success
Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal documentation requirements
Requirements
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or pending Florida Speech-Language Pathology license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are still encouraged to apply
Ability to work onsite within a school-based setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
Open to candidates transitioning from clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, or hospital settings
